Returns & Exchanges

We hope you enjoy your new Half Hitch goods, but if you had something else in mind, we try to make it leisurely to return, exchange or seek expert advice.
To return the good(s) for a refund, simply ship them back to us using any shipping method you'd like, postmark if within 7 days of receiving and we will gladly refund you for the item (less the shipping cost) pending it is in its original condition.
Gift wrap is not refundable and is a $3 charge per item, option to be added at checkout.
If you would like to exchange your good(s), please let us know within 7 days of receiving what you would like instead and post mark your return package within 7 days of receiving as well. All returns and exchanges must be unwashed, unworn and unused. When we receive the return, we will automatically send the refund or exchange, which generally takes 2 business days from the receipt of the package.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.
Custom orders, skin care items, perfume, perishable goods, edibles, gift wrap, magazines, clothing and sale items are FINAL SALE.
