Sqirl Preserves


After years working as a pastry chef at a James Beard award winning restaurant in Atlanta, Jessica Koslow returned to California. She found that she was attracted to the diverse and vibrant local produce she found in LA. And began Sqirl Preserves as a way to create and market make her own meticulously crafted jams without shortcuts.  She hopes to portray the wealth and diversity of California crops and it’s generous seasons but also remind us of the value in the antique process of preservation.
